Donate to the Crew for our Gear Sale

Sell and shop at our Gear Sale on Jan. 24!
Adventure Crew's Gear Sale and Donation Day returns to MadTree Brewing in Oakley on Saturday, January 24. We're happy to share that seller registration is now open! Round up the paddle craft, bikes, hiking equipment, outdoor apparel and other gently used adventure gear that's collecting dust in your garage or closet and sell it to someone who will put it to good use.

While there's no fee to participate, advance registrations are required and can be made by filling out our seller form. Please provide as much detail as you can about what you'll be selling -- it really helps us plan the space to make the event a great experience for both shoppers and sellers. Seller registration will close January 20 or when space is filled.

If you're interested in shopping rather than selling, mark your calendar and plan to find great deals on new-to-you items! It's a sustainable and affordable way to prepare for all the adventures ahead in the New Year. The event will run from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. 

Adventure Crew will also accept gear donations for our teens or for resale. The most-needed items for Crew teens are:

  • Snow pants (child size L, XL; adult sizes S-XXXL)

  • Winter coats (child size L, XL; adult sizes S-XXXL)

  • Backpacking stoves 

  • Hiking boots (any size)

  • Tennis shoes (any size)

  • Backpacking tents (lightweight, easily packable tents for 1-3 people)

  • Backpacking sleeping bags (lightweight, packs down small, 20 degrees)

  • Sleeping pads (not inflated by mouth)

For resale, larger items such as kayaks, SUPs, bikes, skis and snowboards are welcome. Sales of such donated gear raises funds to support our adventures. Either way, your donation makes a difference!

If you'd like to donate items but can't make it to the sale, please email sam@adventurecrew.org to arrange drop-off.
